VINKOSTAB 1199

VINKOSTAB 1199 is a liquid cadmium-barium-zinc stabilizer that is designed for using in flexible and semi-rigid PVC compounds. It is a general purpose stabilizer and can be processed by extrusion, calendering or molding.

This is a heat stabilizer for PVC compounding for both flexible and semi rigid compound including hoses, shoes, soles, etc.

It can be processed for Extrusion, Calendaring and Injection molding applications.

It is packed on 190kg drums and compromise Barium Cadmium Zinc metal soaps.

1. Excellent heat and light stability.
2. Good clarity.
3. Very good sulfide-stain resistance.
4. Non-plate out.

1.5-2.5 phr is recommended.

Packed in 190 kgs net iron drum.
