Cormart Launches New Packaging for its Sanitizer

Cormart Nigeria Ltd., one of the leading chemical and food raw materials companies in Nigeria and a member of TGI Group, recently launched a 750ml spray bottle as the new package for its Renew Hand Sanitizer.

This development was birthed from the company’s desire to ensure that its Sanitizers can be used in various ways. Martin Middernacht, Managing Director, Cormart, explained the company’s position. He said, “With the increasing spread of COVID-19 in Nigeria, it has become expedient that the hand sanitizers are not just solely for the hands but for surfaces as well. The World Health Organization (WHO) has advised that all our surfaces should be cleaned frequently to help combat this virus. Our Renew 750ml Spray Sanitizer makes this surface cleaning easier for all customers”.

The Renew 750ml Spray Sanitizer covers more surface area, as opposed to the smaller sized Sanitizers. This allows the user save more money as a lesser quantity of the product would be required to clean any surface.

Michal Warchulinski, Cormart’s Production Manager, equally spoke on the potency of the new product. “The quality of our product remains the same. The Sanitizer has 70% alcohol content and has been tested to ensure it eliminates 99.9% of germs. It also leaves your hand moisturized to prevent skin irritation”, he said.

The General Manager, Dr. Johannes Flosbach, also commented on the expected use of the new Sanitizer.

He said, “We are constantly looking for new ways to help fight this virus. This Spray Sanitizer will definitely be another contribution to this cause. We expect this product to be used mostly by families or small businesses. For instance, it could be used to clean all kinds of surfaces such as, phones, laptops, table, door handles, etc. It can also placed by the entrance door of the house, or used on the hands of customers or visitors coming into a building”.
